Morning Stars By [not legible] of an act of congress approved May 10th 1872 we the undersigned do this day locate and claim 1500 feet on this Lead [not legible] as Ledge of Mineral Basins grants [not legible] in an easterby and westerby Direction this mine is [not legible] about one mile and a half South of the El Dorado Marsh and about five miles west of the Colorado River and is Located as [not legible] [not legible] at central monument in which this notice is posted [not legible] on an easterly direction 750 feet thence 750 in a westerly direction from said central monument all so claiming 300 hundred feet on each side with all Dips [not legible] and angles [not legible] as as the Morning Stars.
