“Notice” By virtue of an act of Congress approved May 10th 1872 & the undersigned do this day locate fifteen hundred feet on this. Lead Lode Ledge on deposit of mineral bearing [not legible] [not legible] on running in an easterly and westerly direction Together with three hundred feet on each side for mining and working [not legible] this claim is located as follows. Commencing at monument in which this notice is posted.
