Bell of the Woods Notice - we the undersigned do hereby locate and claim fifteen hundred feet on this Lead Lode [not legible] Ledge [not legible] Deposit of mineral hearing [not legible] running in a northwesterly and south easterly direction. Direction also claiming three hundred feet an each side thereof for mining and working is purposes said mine is located as follows commencing at central monument in which this notice is placed running in a northwesterly Direction 750 feet thence 750 feet South easterly from said central monument this mine is situated about one mile north east of the Lone Star mine and about one quarter of a mile north west of the morning Star - this [not legible] will be known and describe as the Bell of the [not legible] Dated august 1st 1880 Locators John L Riggs John H Weaver [not legible] [not legible] Filed for Record August 13th A.D. 1880 At 2 oclock P.M.
