Know all [not legible] by these presents that of C.J. Early at [not legible] County of [not legible] and territory of [not legible] and held and firmly bound unto J.B. [not legible] of the same Town county and territory in the [not legible] of two hundred and thirty five $ 235.00 dollars Lawful money of the United States of America to be Paid to the said J.B. [not legible] this executors administrators assigns for which payment well and truly to be paid of [not legible] [not legible] sell may heirs executors and administrators firmly by there presents sealed with any seal and dated this fourteenth Day of april Eighteen hundred and eighty one - the condition of the above obligation is such that if the above [not legible] obiliges shall on as before the fourteenth day of october Eighteen hundred and Eighty one make execute and deliver unto the said J.B. [not legible] as this assigns provided that the said J.B. [not legible] shall on as before that day have paid to the said [not legible] the sum of two hundred and thirty five.
