Connors and [not legible] [not legible] [not legible] of the United States of America do this day locate and claim 1500 feet linear measured by 600 feet in width on this the montgomery mine of Silver and Gold bearing rock in place for working purposes with all the privileges allowed by M.S. and [not legible] [not legible] to locators of [not legible] claims work particularly described as follows 
Beginning at the West end of the West point mine and extending Westerly to another monument we the said distance of 1500 feet thence southerly 300 feet thence Easterly 1500 feet thence northerly six hundred feet thence westerly 1500 feet; Thence southerly 300 feet do place of beginning, at said corner of this [not legible] [not legible] a monument is placed to mark the boundaries of this claim
