I the undersigned in compliance with the [requirements?] of the mining acts of the Congress approved May 10th 1872 Have this day located and [claimed?] fifteen hundred feet on and along the line of this the Sunday Mine of Silver and Gold [not legible] rock and ore in place [not legible] at this notice and [monument] and [not legible] Easterly five hundred feet to [the?] [not legible] [not legible] [not legible] by John [not legible] and Westerly from said [monument?] one thousand feet [not legible] [not legible] ground was formerly located by [Joseph?] [Pearce?] but not recorded [Sales?] claim three hundred feet on each side of the ledge for surface ground and instead to hold and [not legible] said claim in accordance with [not legible] [not legible] of El Dorado Mining District and the N.S.
