Panoramic view of Wheeler Ranch from dugway. Wheleer Ranch, in the Highland Range, was 10 miles from Pioche. J.B. Wheeler was the grandfather of the donor, James Deck. Mill is just below ranch. Rachel Talmadge Wheeler, grandmother of donor, is at the left of photo.
