These are not paid positions and they are mainly support people then I don't u n d e r s t a n d why we need to grill the n o m i n a t i o n s that come before us. I went and talked to Teresa Chang about the fact that it is a l w a y s so cold in this room and she fixed the air c o n d i t i o n e r .
