Ill - ACCOUNTING: The General Manager of each of the Hughes Hotels and Casinos is responsible for maintaining the records needed to meet the requirenents of external and internal reporting. External reports, i.e., those required by Governmental agencies, are prepared according to applicable regulations, and every effort is made to submit these reports at or before scheduled deadlines. Internal reports are prepared in accordance with Company accounting policies and submitted on a timely basis. Accounting policies are determined by the Company Controller and govern the methods, procedures, and other aspects of reporting and accounting.
