(%am***^ f 3. The Sands is to receive the following.commercials and credits on the television show, which must be retained and shown in any syndication sile after the event: A. One (1) audio mention and one (1) visual presentation of the Sands facade in each 15 minute segment of the Show. B. Six (6) location vidio presentations of the Sands building or any part thereof with appropriate copy. These mentions and presentations shall be short and in good taste, designed to show where the television program is originating, rather than of a "hard sell" nature. 4. It is agreed that the Sands and Sportsmen's Club shall mutually approve the sale and use of the show j both for the live televising and the video taping for future syndication.
