12. ARTICLE XX - NON RESPONSIBILITY OF COUNTY The County reserves the right to post on the job site, to record with Recorder of Clark County and to do any other act necessary to avail itself with the provisions of law which allows a landlord non-responsibility for improvements made upon its property. It is the intent of this agreement that the County be non-responsible for the cost of the installation of the advertising displays.
