You may in such photoplay use factual and/or fictional incidents in dramatizing your motion picture story and, as a matter of faet, you shall have full control as to the contents of such photoplay. As far as I am concerned, you will, of course, own all rights of every kind and character, without limitation or restriction of any kind, in the photoplay you will produce and in the material on which such photoplay is based. The term "photoplay" as here used means and includes talking motion pictures, their air and screen trailers, and their advertising and publicity, and such may be projected and transmitted by any means or method now or later known.
