STILL BUILDING ?╟÷ Father Patrick J. Toomey of St. Viators Catholic Church in Las Vegas, stands in front of the new parish home at Flamingo and Eastern Hoads. Construction on the first part of the new church complex was recently completed. Father Toomey will celebrate his twenty-fifth year in thie priesthood Sunday, during a celebration at the Sands Hotel. The ?╟úSilver; Jubilee?╟Ñ event begins ; at 6 p.m;, and is expected to be attended by more than 500 persons of all faiths.
