I, Caesar, and my many associates who have aided and abetted me in completing my royal palace of pleasure, cordially request the honor of the company of Jay J. Sarno and a companion of his choice, as guests of the court of Caesars Palace at the gala preview of Las Vegas' newest and most excinting resort. I, Caesar, have ordered a flourish of trumpets to herald the triumphant entry to this orgy of excitement, which begins at sunrise August 5, MCMLXVI, Anno Domini, and continues through libations, feasting, casting of dice, spinning of wheels, turning of cards and revelries of entertainment featuring the noblest Roman of them all... Mr. Andy Williams, and a bevy of beauteous dancing maidens ... on and on until the collapse of the participants ... or sunrise, August 8, MCMLXVI, Anno Domini, whichever event shall first occur.
