This Charter of Affiliation certifies that The Jewish Community Center of Las Vegas of Las Vegas, Nevada is a constituent member of The United Synagogue of America. The National Organization of Conservative Congregations. Dated this 30th day of October, 1957. Bernath L. Jacobs, President. Bernard Segal, Executive Director."
