3/30/84 MEMO: TO : Board of Directors, JFLV FROM: Phil Engel A reminder that the next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 11, 1984 - 8:00p.m., Federation Office There are several very important items of business on the agenda including: allocation recommendations of both the Local and Nat11/ Int'l Allocation Committees; the recommendations of our Endowment Committee on two specific grant applications. Both these items re?quire Board consideration and action at that session. Also enclosed is a copy of an Election Guidelines received from the Council of Jewish Federations. Please read these guidelines carefully. We don't want to do anything to jeppordize our tax exempt status. Please make every effort to attend.
