Description
Tourists use the pedestrian overpass connecting the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino to the Fashion Show Mall to cross Spring Mountain Road. Overpasses like this have become a popular way of keeping tourists safe and traffic flowing, but their expense and footprint make them difficult for all locations.
