William Boswell, Southern Nevada Chapter President of the Muscular Dystrophy Association presents bouquet of roses to Mr. Philip (Sue) Stockton, 1975 Clark County Mother of the Year. Standing in row between wheel chairs are Philip Stockton (second from left), Fedora B. Simpkin, and Harriet Trudell, Special Assistant to the Governor, who presented a plaque.
