IN BUCK'S SUBDIVISION Fremont Street, from the westerly limit of said Buck's Subdivision crossing said Fremont Street, to Eighth Street. Seventh Street, from the northerly line of lot 5 in Block 3 and the northerly line of lot 5 in Block 12 in said Buck's Subdivision to the alley running easterly and westerly through Block 6 of Hawkins Addition to the West side of said Seventh Street and to the South line of the North half of lot 3 in Block 13 of said Buck's Subdivision on the east side of said Seventh Street. That all the costs and expense of laying and constructing said oil bound gravel pavements and hydraulic cement concrete curbs and gutters, is to be defrayed by special assessment, to be made according to benefits, upon the taxable lots and premises situate in the Special assessment district composed of the following lands. to-wit: IN CLARK'S LAS VEGAS TOWNSITE. All lots in Blocks 1 (except lots 1 to 8, both numbers inclusive), 2 (except lots 9 to 16, both numbers inclusive) 3,4,5, (except lots 9 to 16, both numbers inclusive), 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, and 37 ( the latter being Grammar School Block). IN HAWKINS ADDITION. Blocks 1 (except lots 17 to 32, both numbers inclusive), 2, (except lots 25 to 32, both numbers inclusive) 3 (except lots 15 to 30, both numbers inclusive) 6, (except lots 15 to 30, both numbers inclusive), and 7 (except lots 1 to 8, both numbers inclusive). IN BUCK'S SUBDIVISION. Blocks 3 (except lots 1 to 4, both numbers inclusive, and lot C), 12 (except lots 1 to 4, both numbers inclusive, and lots 13 to 16, both numbers inclusive), except where, by the Charter of the City of Las Vegas, a certain portions thereof are required to be paid from the General Fund of the City of Las Vegas. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas hereby gives notice that A.D., on Thursday, the 31st day of May, 1928, at the hour of 3 o'clock P. M., in the Council Room (also known as Room of County Commissioners), at the County Court House, in the City of Las Vegas, it will hold a meeting for the purpose of considering any suggestions or objections that may be made by parties interested with respect to the proposed improvements.
