Las Vegas, Nevada February 28, 1945 At a recessed regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners, held this 28th day of February, 1945: Meeting called to order at the hour of 2:15 P. M. by His Honor, Mayor E. W. Cragin, with the following members present: Commissioners Bates, Corradetti and Smith. City Manager, Chas. C. McCall and City Clerk, Helen Scott Reed. Absent: Commissioner Clark and City Attorney, Louis Wiener, Jr. Commissioner Smith moved that the minutes of the meeting of February 21 be approved with the exception of the word "obtain" appearing on line 14, Electrical Ordinance, page 3, which should read "maintain". Motion seconded by Commissioner Corradetti and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bates, Corradetti, Smith and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Clark.
