145 ORDINANCE #339 Commissioner Baskin and Moore having reported favorably on proposed ANNEXATION MALONE Ordinance #339 said ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY FIRST READING TERRITORY ADJOINING AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS TO THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS; ORDERING A PLAT SHOWING SAID TERRITORY TO BE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RE­CORDER, IN THE COUNTY OF CLARK, STATE OF NEVADA", and other matters properly relating thereto was read to the Board for the first time, thereafter Commissioner Baskin moved that the foregoing ordinance be adopted on its first reading. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
