271 CRESTWOOD SUBDIVISION Commissioner Moore moved that the final map of the Crestwood Homes Final Map Approved Subdivision be approved subject to the Planning Commission recommendations as per their letter dated August 5, 1948: Re: _SUBDIVISONS - Crestwood Homes Subdivision (Schroeder Tract) Final Map Gentlemen: Transmitted herewith is a final map, a portion of the approved tentative map for the subdivision of Lot 1, Section 2, T. 21 S., R. 61 E., M.D.B. & M. On August 3, 1948 the Joint Planning Commission approved this final map and transmits same. A new owner's statement has been presented this commission but conditions as set forth on August 5, 1947 will be adhered to. It is the intention of the subdivider to develop this tract in stages, with other portions to follow consecutively. WESTWOOD PARK SUBDIVI- Commissioner Moore moved that the final map of the Westwood Park SION — Final Map Subdivision be approved subject to the Joint Planning Commission's Approved recommendations as per their letter dated August 5, 1948. Re: SUBDIVISIONS Westwood Park Final Map Gentlemen: Transmitted herewith are 2 final maps of Westwood Park. The tentative map of this subdivision was approved as one, and con­ditions were set up on April 21, 1948 to control it as such. On August 3, 1948, at a regular meeting of the Joint Planning Commission, these 2 maps were approved as final with the condition that they be regarded as one subdivision. Conditions as set forth February 1, 1946 and October 29, 1946 will be met. At a regular meeting held August 3, 1948, the Joint Planning Commission approved this final map with two additional conditions
