(1.) The Subdivider petition the Board of County Commissioners for annexation to the City. (2.) The County Commissioners pass a resolution now requesting service and including a provision that if the County has not had the election and sale of bonds by December 1, 1954 for a sewer district, that the Sub­divider is granted authority to annex by changing the boundaries of Paradise A. (3.) Fees will be based upon the amount of $4.00 per duplex per month, which will amount of $8,736.00 per year. A penalty of three times this amount will be imposed if service continues after December 1, 1954. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned.
