PARCEL X. A certain tract or parcel of land approximately 40 feet by 602 feet, lying and being situate in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and being a portion of the South One-Half (S½) of the Southwest One-Quarter (SW¼) of the Southwest One-Quarter (SW¼) of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE¼) of Section 35, Township 20 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B. & M., being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 20, Lawrence Love Tract, as shown by map thereof in Book 3 of Plats, Page 9, as recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, Clark County, Nevada; thence South 89°48'30" East along the South line of said Lot 20 and its easterly prolongation a distance of 602.39 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 11, of said Tract; thence South 0°24'30" West along the Southerly prolongation of the East line of said Lot 11, a distance of 40 feet to a point 50 feet North of the centerline of East Charleston Boulevard, measured at right angles thereto, said centerline being further described as that shown in Drawing No. 008.7-73, dated and filed January 24, 1958 in the Engineering Department and the City Clerk's Office, City of Las Vegas, Nevada; thence North 89°48'30" West parallel with and 50 feet North, measured at right angles to said centerline a distance of 601.98 feet to a point on the Southerly prolongation of the West line of Lot 20; thence North 0°11'00"West along said Southerly prolongation of the West line of Lot 20, a distance of 40.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing .55 acres more or less, reserving the Easterly 5 feet thereof for the Southerly extension of the utility easement shown on Lot 11 of the aforementioned subdivision. A certain tract or parcel of land approximately 40 feet by 779 feet, lying and being situate in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and being a portion of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE¼) of the Southwest One-Quarter (SW¼) of Section 35, Township 20 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B. & M., and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southerly point of curve of the West line of Lot 1, Block 10, Amended Mayfair Tract #2, as shown by map thereof in Book 2 of Plats, Page 47, in the Office of the County Recorder, Clark County, Nevada; thence along a curve to the left tangent to a course whose bearing is South 0°26'00" West, having a radius of 15 feet subtending a central angle of 89°59'37½" an arc length of 23.56 feet to a point oh the South line of said Lot 1; thence South 89°33'37½" East along the South line of Lot 1 and its easterly prolongation a distance of 748.96 feet to a point on the South line of Lot 12 of said Block 10; thence along a curve to the left tangent to the last described course, having a radius of 15 feet subtending a central angle of 90°21'26½" an arc length 23.66 feet to a point on the East line of said Lot 12; thence South 0°04'56" West along the Southerly prolongation of the East line of Lot 12 a distance of 55.09 feet to a point 50 feet North of the centerline of East Charleston Boulevard, measured at right angles thereto, said centerline being further described as that shown in Drawing No. 008.7-73, dated and filed January 24, 1958 in the Engineering Department and the Office of the City Clerk, City of Las Vegas, Nevada; thence North 89°33'37½" West parallel with and 50 feet North, measured at right angles to said centerline, a distance of 779.30 feet to a point on the Southerly prolongation of the West line of Lot 1 of said Block 10; thence North 0°26'00" East along said southerly prolongation of the West line of Lot 1 a distance of 55-00 feet to the point of beginning, containing .72 acres more or less.
