ASSESSMENT DISTRICT City Attorney Calvin Cory read the following Emergency Ordinance, No. 797, by title, 100-43 said emergency ordinance authorizing the sale of bonds for Assessment District 100-43, Main Street Lighting Main Street Lighting from Bonanza to Owens: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE RATIFYING, Bonanza to Owens APPROVING AND CONFIRMING ACTION DIRECTED TOWARD THE IMPROVEMENT OF A CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREET BY INSTALLING A COMPLETE STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM THEREON IN THE CITY OF LAS Emergency Ordinance 797 VEGAS, THE CREATION OF STREET IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 100-43, AND THE Authorizing Sale of Bonds ISSUANCE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SAID BONDS; PRESCRIBING DETAILS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO; AND DECLARING AN Adopted EMERGENCY.
