This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication for one week (one Issue) in the Las Vegas Age, a weekly newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada. I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was read for the first time at an adjourned regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners, held on the 21st day of April, 1924, and read for the second time and passed at it's regular meeting held on the 6th day of May, 1924, by the following vote: Commissioners Matzdorf, Shield, Anderson, Elwell and His Honor the Mayor C. German, vote aye. Noes none. Approved this 7th day of May, A. D. 1924. W. C. German Mayor. Attest: Florence S. Doherty, Clerk (SEAL) Date of Publication May 10, 1924.
