ORDINANCE No. 130 An Ordinance to amend Section 1 of Ordinance Ho. 27 of the City of Las Vegas, entitled "An Ordinance fixing the fire limits of the City of Las Vegas, regulating building construction and the keeping and storage of combustibles and explosives. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas Do Ordain as follows: Section 1. Section 1 of said Ordinance No. 27 is hereby amended so that the same shall read as follows: "Sec. 1. That all that portion of the City of Las Vegas, embraced within the limits of Blocks Nos. 1-2-3-14-15-16-18-19-30-31-34 and 35, all in Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, Clark County, Nevada according to the official and recorded plat of the survey thereof, shall be hereafter known as the fire limits of the City of Las Vegas." Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and adoption and publication for one week (three issues) in Las Vegas Age, a tri-weekly newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas. Passed and adopted this 3rd day of May, 1928 upon the following vote: Commissioners, Smith, Mundy, German, and Neagle, and his Honor the Mayor voting aye. Noes, none. First reading April 16, 1928. Squires, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: That he is Publisher of the Las Vegas Age, a tri-weekly newspaper, of general circulation, printed and published at Las Vegas, in the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the attached, Ordinance No. 150, was continuously published in said newspaper for a period of one week from May 5, 1928, to May 10, 1928, inclusive, being the issues of said newspaper for the following dates, to-wit: May 5,-8-10-, 1928. That said newspaper was regularly issued and circulated on each of the dates above named. That the charge for publishing the same was $14.00. Signed_____Chas. P.
