AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION STATE OF NEVADA, ) )SS. COUNTY OF CLARK.) A. E. Cahlan, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: That he is Editor-Manager of the LAS VEGAS REVIEW, a tri-weekly newspaper, of general circulation, printed and published at Las Vegas, in the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the attached Ordinance Number 131, was continually published in said newspaper for a period of one week from July 6, 1928, to July 11, 1928, inclusive, being the issues of said newspaper for the following dates, to-wit: July 6-9-11.
