H. Prather and wife. Mrs. Prather was in my office today, inquiring as to the status of said Deed, and so I am writing you to see whether or not you have been able to fu lly complete the execution of the Deed and if not, to ask you to look into the progress of same, just to clear the matter up as soon as possible.
