The Lessors, In consideration of the covenants and agreements of the Assignors and the Assignee herein contained, give their consent to the aforesaid assign­ment; provided, however, that such consent sh all not be deemed or construed to authorize any further assignment of said agreement, whether voluntary, by operation of law, or otherwise, without the consent in writing of the the Lessors thereto f i r s t had and obtained; and provided, further, that as between the Assignors and the Lessors, neither said assignment nor anything herein contained sh all be construed as releasing the Assignors, in the event of default by the Assignee, from the obligation to perform a l l of the coven­ants contained in said agreement to be performed by the Assignors, or from any of the li a b i li t i e s assumed by the Assignors under said agreement.
