Campbell, and F. B. Rives all its right, title, and interest in and to refunds from revenue of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, to be made pursuant to Section jl, Article II of that certain Agreement between the undersigned and the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, dated November 28, 1947, identified as " N ^ D . 1843, and the undersigned hereby expressly authorizes and requests the Las Vegas Valley Water District to make all payments required by said Section II, Article II of said Agreement as follows: Henry Lee Hunt 80$ of refunds Thomas A. Campbell 10$ of refunds F. B. Rives 10$ of refunds This Assignment is irrevocable except by mutual agreement by Frontier Improvement Company and Henry Lee Hunt, Thomas A. Campbell, and F. B. Rives, and the revocation thereof as herein provided shall not be binding upon the Las Vegas Valley Water District until said Las Vegas Valley Water District is given notice of such revocation.
