of the center line of that portion of the pipe line constructed by the Sub-divider in other than dedicated streets and alleys. 1 . Upon the execution of this agreement, the payment of the sum of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS,($1,750.00), specified in paragraph 1 of Article 1 hereof, and the delivery of the easement specified in Paragraph 4 of Article 1 hereof, to order the jiecessary pipe, fittings and other materials and upon the arrival of pipe and materials aforesaid at Las Vegas, to proceed vith the installation of 350 feet of 10 inch cast iron water line in location indicated by yellow line on the attached Exhibit "A", and to complete the said installation with reasonable diligence. The Company shall bear all cost in excess of the agreed value of $1 ,750.00 for an 8 inch cast iron pipe in said location. 2. To pay to the Subdivider at monthly intervals, fifty percent (50$) of the monthly revenue received by it from customers talcing sertice from the water mains so installed hereunder, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of the completion of said installation, or, until the Suo^.
