in accordance with its Rule 9A on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada, approved January 16, 1940; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of 3&0 ft. of 6n pipe is $627*00. A G R E E M E N T NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: ARTICLE I Subdivider agrees: 1* To advance and pay to the Company at the time of the execution of this agreement the sum of SIX HUNDRED TWENT -SEVEN and no/100 $ ($627.00) DOLLARS. 2. At subdivider’s sole cost and expense to: (a) Survey and accurately stake upon the ground the line along which said water main is to be laid, and to indicate street and alley grades by appropriate stakes; (b) Excavate ditch IS inches in width and 42 inches in depth below street grade, in Clark Street between the alley of Block 17, Pioneer Heights’ Addition, and the alley of Block 13, Ladd’s Addition, and to backfill said ditch after the Company has laid 3^0 feet of 10 inch cast iron pipe therein. (c) Furnish all material and labor for installation of 400 feet of six inch cast iron pipe in the alley of Block 13 of Ladd’s Addition.
