Such installation shall be subject to ap- 3 proval and acceptance by duly authorized representa- 4 tive of the Company 5 (d) Furnish to the Company a bill of sale for said 6 400 feet of six inch cast iron pipe, and any interest 7 whatsoever which said subdivider may have in said 8 3#0 feet of pipe line in Clark Street. 9 3• To provide the Las Vegas Land and Water Company ease- 10 ments satisfactory in form where pipe lines are to be laid in 11 other than dedicated streets and alleys, said easements to be 12 five feet on each side of the center line of said pipe line. IS 14 ARTICLE II 15 The Company agrees: 16 1. Upon the execution of this agreement, the payment of 17 the sum of SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN and no/100 DOLLARS, speci- 18 fied in paragraph I of Article I hereof and the furnishing of 19 such necessary easements, to furnish and install 3SO feet of 20 ten inch cast iron pipe in said ditch in Clark Street between 21 the alley of block 17, Pioneer Heights’ Addition, and the alley 22 of block 13, Ladd’s Addition. 23 2. To pay to the Subdivider at monthly intervals, fifty 24 percent (50%) of the monthly revenue received by it from 25 customers in said block 13 of said Subdivisions, taking water 26 from the water main so installed hereunder, for a period of - 3 - 1 A -15
