Law, with place of business located at 1112 Fifth Place, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider", 5 Party of the Second Part, 6 7 8 9 I 10 11 1 2 ! 13 14 !! 16 16 17 18 i 19 20 21 I WITNESSETH: R E C I T A L S WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in subdividing Blocks 4, 5, 0, and 7, of Vega Verde Addition, Tract 1, as per plat thereof on file and of record in Book 2 of Plats, page 44, Clark County, Nevada, Records, and has made applica­tion to the Company to extend its water mains a distance of approximately 4130 feet through said Blocks and along the easterly side of Block 1, in said Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extensions in accordance with its Rule 9A on file with the Public Ser­vice Commission of the State of Nevada, approved January 18, 1940; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of making the extension applied for, is $8985*00* AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: ARTICLE I.
