Agreement dated M a r c h 3» 1950, (identified as NLD 2356) covering installation of wa t e r mains to serve Blocks 3 an d of said Church Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, w h i c h agreements provide, among other things for refund to said Thomas T. Beam of certain revenues collected by the Company as set f o r t h in Article II of each of said agreements. NOW, THEREFORE, for a valuable consideration, Thomas T. Beam hereby sells, assigns, transfers and sets over unto Kay Howard, an individual of 1112 South 6th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, all monies due or to become due after January 1, 1 9 5 2 , pursuant to the terms and conditions of said agreements hereinabove described and do by these present authorize an d direct the Las Vegas La n d and W a t e r Company, a corporation, to make any an d all payments of said monies to said Kay Howard.
