To advance and pay to the Company at the time of the execution of this agreement the sum of SEVEN THOUSAND SEVENTY & NO/lOO # ($7070.00) DOLLARS, being the estimated cost to the Company of constructing approximately ll60 lineal feet of 8" cast iron -water main; 520 lineal feet of 6" cast iron ?water main, and If lineal feet of 6” cast iron fire hydrant connection. 2. At Subdivider's sole cost and expense to survey and accurately stake upon the ground the line along which said water main is to be laid, and to indicate street and alley grades by appropriate stakes. 3* To provide the Las Vegas Land and Water Company easements satisfactory in form where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, said easements to be five feet on each side of the center ARTICLE II. The Company agrees: 1 . Upon the execution of this agreement, the payment of the sum of SEVEN THOUSAND SEVENTY & NO/lOO # ($7070.00) DOLLARS, specified in para­graph 2 of Article 1 hereof, to proceed with the construction of the said water mains and fire hydrant connection indicated on the aforesaid Exhibit UA*, 2. To pay to the Subdivider at quarterly intervals thirty-five percent (35$) of the revenue received by it from customers located within the area outlined in green on said Exhibit "A** taking direct service from the line of said pipe line. j* and to complete the said installation with reasonable diligence - 2 - /!-&£>
