j^AS VEGAS LAND AND WATER CO< IRAQI $ p «o j ASSIGNMENT Ssffttp. fi£ Recitals Under dates of January 29, 19J?i# and September Id# 1951, LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, therein called "COMPANY*1, entered into two (2) certain written agreements with FEDERAL DEVELOPMENT CO., a Nevada corporation, therein called "SUBDIVIDER • which agreements are identified as being LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY "N" L.D. 2^27 and "N" L.D. 2502, together with two (2) supplemental agreements thereto, the first of which was dated Mar oh 19, 1952, and designated as "Supplemental Agreement, *N* L.D. 2l^7-2" and the second of which was dated March 19, 1952# and designated as "Supplemental Agreement, 'N* L.D. 2502-2", wherein the Company agreed that on certain conditions, includ­ing the execution of those agreements and the receipt of certain bills of sale and necessary easements for water mains, to pay to the Subdivider at monthly intervals, 50^ of the monthly revenua received by it from consumers located in Westleigh Tracts No. 1 and No. 2, taking service from the water mains installed pursu­ant to said agreements for s period of ten (1 0 ) years from date of said installations or until the Sub-divider has been paid an agreed upon sum of $3,972.5® pursuant to contract No. I L.D. 2502-2 and £11,590.90 pursuant to contract No. "N" L.D. 2ii2 7 - 2 3 and WHEREAS, the Sub-divider desires to assign to P, 0. SILVAGNI, an individual, residing at 803 South 6 th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, all monies to be paid from and after the date hereof by the Company to the Sub-divider, FEDERAL DEVELOPMENT CO., a Nevada corporation, as in said agreements provided;
