Renshaw Las Vegas Valley Water District Bo x 4427 Post Office Annex Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr, Renshaw: Sometime ago you wrote concerning a contract with one Peter Clos, and I advised you that the monies due under that contract should not be paid to any person until the court had established the party entitled to the monies. I believe an Estelle Escallier had contacted you relative to this money, I am enclosing herewith a certified copy of decree settl­ing the final account of the estate of Peter Clos, distributing*^ the contract with the old Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Estelle Escallier. Escallier, and I would suggest that the payments be delivered through Harry H. Austin, attorney at law, Friedman Building, 300 Fremont Street, Las Vegas. Mr. Austin furnished me copies of pertinent matters in said estate and I shall keep the same in the Water D i s t r i c t ’s file in my office. I would suggest \ that you file the certified copy of the decree settling the l the old Las Vegas Land and Water Company contract.
