HARDY, an individual, with address at 1400 South Eighth Street, Las Vegas i Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: Recitals WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis-tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider, at his own expense, has con­structed a six inch (6") water line in location indicated by red line on the map attached hereto, identified as Drawing No* A-1073, dated December 8th, 1952, and desires to convey ownership of said line to the Company upon the terms and conditions hereinafter stated; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to accept title to said line and furnish water through said line to serve the property out­lined in yellow on the aforesaid map attached hereto* A G R E E M E N T NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: ARTICLE 1* Subdivider agrees: 1* To convey to the Company, and Subdivider here­by sells, assigns, transfers and conveys to the Company, all his right, title and interest in and to that certain six inch (6") - 1 - A-///
