Company' 9 Original / \ ASSIGNMENT C0N V-^ACl aud. ncVj?££?~Z FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, NEVAS CORPORATION gWr“£p‘File " hereby Sells, Transfers, and Assigns to Maurice Mann and Bertha Mann, all of its right, title and interest in and to refunds from revenue of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, to be made pursuant to Section I, Article H, of that certain Agreement between the undersigned and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, dated the 22nd day of December, 1952, identified as "N«L.D. 2637, and the undersigned hereby expressly authorizes and requests the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to make all payments required by said Section I , Article I I , of said Agreement to Maurice Mann and Bertha Mann# This Assignment is'; irrevocable except by mutual agreement by-the Nevas Corporation and’Maurice Mann arid Bertha Mann, and the revocation thereof as. herein provided shall hot be binding, upon the Las. Vegas Land and Water Company until said Las Vegas Land Water Company is gi^eri^written notice of such revocation.
