MOORE, JR,, an individual, of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, hereinafter called "Owner", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, The Company is engaged in the business of distri­buting water as a public utility, in the "pity of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Owner is engaged in the development of Block 4 of Desert Park No. 2, Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application for water service to serve said property and has contracted for the installation of water mains; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said property with water: A G R E E M E N T ARTICLE I.
