Together with the installation of approximately 16 feet of 6M cast iron water main to serve two fire hydrants in location as designated by City Authorities, WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extensions in accordance with its Rules on file with the Public Service Com­mission of the State of Nevada, and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of making the extensions applied for is $5,350.00. A G R E E M E I T NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT, WITNESSETH: ARTICLE 1. Subdivider agrees: 1. To advance and pay to the Company at the time of the execution of this agreement the sum of FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY & NO/lOO DOLLARS. 2. At Subdivider’s sole cost and expense to survey and accurately stake upon the ground the line along which said water main is to be laid, and to indicate street and alley grades by appropriate stakes. 3. To provide the Las Vegas Land and Water Company easements satisfactory in form where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, said easements to be five feet on each side of the center line of said pipe line* ARTICLE 11. The Company agrees: 1.
