A S S I G N M E N T File-- ^ RECITALS Under date of August 18, 1952, LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COM* PANY, therein called "Company’*, entered into a certain agreement with FEDERAL DEVELOPMENT CO., a Nevada corporation, therein called "Subdivider", which agreement is identified as being Las Vegas Land and Water Company "N" L.D. 2595, wherein the company agreed that on certain conditions it would complete the installation of water mains, a distance of approximately 3 9 8 0 feet as follows: Commencing at a connection with existing 6 " east iron water main in Melville Drive near the intersection of Ashby Avenue, thence southerly in said Melville Drive approximate­ly 1000 ft. to Mountain View Boulevard, thence easterly in Mountain View Boulevard, approxi­mately 900 ft. to the intersection of Barnard Drive, thence northerly in Barnard Drive ap­proximately 80 ft. to a connection with exist­ing 6 " water main in said Barnard Drive, and Commencing at a connection with existing 6 " cast iron water main in Darmak Drive near the intersection of Ashby Avenue, thence souther­ly in Darmak Drive, approximately 1000 ft. to connection with proposed 6 " water main to be constructed in Mountain View Boulevard as here­inabove provided, and Commencing at a connection with existing 6 " cast iron water main in Douglas Drive near the intersection of Ashby Avenue, thence south-erly in said Douglas Drive, approximately 1000 ft. to a connection with proposed 6 " water main in Mountain View.. Blvd. as hereinabove provided. At its own expense to construct approximately 1 1 0 lineal feet of 6 " cast iron fire hydrant connections in located as directed by the pro­per authority of the City of Las Vegas. And wherein the Subdivider agreed to pay the actual cost of the installation of said water mains; And wherein the Company agreed to pay to the Subdivider at : ? - 1 A/oo
