WILLIAM. COULTHARD, an individual residing, at 1|.01 South 6th Street, Las Vegas,' Nevada, all moneys to be paid from and after the date here­of by the Company to the Subdivider as in said agreement provided: NOW, THEREFORE, for value received, FEDERAL DEVELOPMENT CO., does hereby sell, assign, transfer and set over unto G.
