NoJflS^ Corresp. - THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into as of the <=> O A, __________,1952, by and between day of LAS VEDAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, herein­after called "Company”, Party of the First Part, and LEE CONSTRUCT­ION CO., INC., a Nevada Corporation with principal place of business at 1229 South Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, W I T N E S S E T H : R E C I T A L S WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Blocks 5 and 6 of Ridgeview ,£raet No. 5, Las Vegas, Nevada, as per map recorded in Book 3 of Plats at page 45, Clark County, Nevada Records, and has made application for water service to serve said tract and has contracted for the installation of water mains and pipe line, and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said homes with water; A G R E E M E N T ARTICLE I.
