At Subdivider*s sole cost and expense to survey 11 and accurately stake upon the ground the line along which said 12 water main is to be laid, and to indicate street and alley grades 13 by appropriate stakes. 14 3* To provide the Las Vegas Land and Water Company 15 easements satisfactory in form where pipe lines are to be laid If. 16 in other than dedicated streets and alleys, said easements to W 17 be five (5 ) feet on each side of the center line of said pipe line. 18 ARTICLE II 19 The Company agrees: 20 1.
