To provide the Las Vegas Land and Water Company with: a. A title guarantee with limits of $>1,000.00, issued hy the Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, showing that where pipe lines are located in dedicated streets or alleys, such streets or alleys have heen lawfully dedicated under the laws of the State of Nevada hy the owners of record of all of the land involved and have not subsequently heen vacated or abandoned. h, A policy of title insurance with limits of $1,000.00 issued hy the Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company showing title to the easements referred to in Para­graph 4 of this Article I to he vested in Las Vegas Land and Water Company. 6. To furnish a Bill of Sale for said water mains, conveying to the Company all right, title and interest in the said water mains free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. 7. The Suhdivider further agrees not to commence the con­struction of the pipe line covered hy Subdivision 1 hereof until such time as it has furnished to the Company title guarantees or policies of title insurance aforesaid. - 3-
