4 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 7 LAS VEGAS LAND AND WA'BR CO. * \ lawT;' Company's Original 10726 M"L.D. 2744 A G R E E M E N T aC THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the day of 1953, by and between LAS VEGAS 'LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company," Party of the First Part, and DESERT PARK INC., kf a Nevada corporation, whose plac^fbf business is 600 Fremont Street Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH; RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Blocks 2, 6, and 7 of Desert Park Subdivision N o . 3, Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT SUBDIVIDER AGREES; -A-R-T-I-C-L-E- -I 1 . At its sole cost and expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor for the construction of, and to construct, in the locations shown by yellow lines on Exhibit "A", dated September 30, 1953, attached hereto and by this reference incorpo­rated herein, the following; •1-
