HAND, an individual, with address at 1821 Walnut Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter collectively called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in-the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of a portion of Block 1, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition No. 6, Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules arid regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT ARTICLE I .
